HIRING PROCESS
HOW LONG IS THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS?
The recruitment process will start after we’ve finalized the Job Description. Our turn around time is 5-7 business days. However, it may take sometimes depending on your qualification and requirements.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT LIKE THE TOP FINALISTS YOU PICKED?
Although this doesn’t happen often, we will present to you another set of top finalists.
WHAT JOBS CAN I OUTSOURCE?
Currently, we are specializing in VAs for Customer Support, Admin, and Executive Assistants.
DO YOU DO RECRUITMENT FOR PROJECT-BASED OR COMMISION BASED?
No, all of our VAs are looking for a long-term position.
HOW MANY HOURS PER WEEK DO THE VAS WORK AND WHAT TIME ZONE?
Depending on your business needs, VAs can work 10 hours per week, 20 hours per week and up to 40 hours per week. We need to confirm this before finalizing the Job Description. VAs will work in your preferred time zone.
CAN I HIRE MULTIPLE VAS?
Yes, we can assist you in hiring multiple staff.
WILL YOU TRAIN THE VAS?
We do not provide training to your VAs. All of our staff will be working directly with their clients. However, during the recruitment process, we only shortlist high caliber candidate that matches the skills required.
HOW SOON CAN THE VA START?
Allow atleast 2 days to sign and return the payment form and for VAs to undergo onboarding orientation.
BILLING PROCESS
WHAT IS THE PAYMENT METHOD?
All of our clients are enrolled on a monthly subscription. Your subscription will start on the first day of you VA. The subscription options are Paypal, ACH and Credit Card.
FOR CREDIT CARDS, WHAT PAYMENT TYPE DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
WHAT IF THE EMPLOYEE WANTS TO TAKE SOME TIME OFF?
You are only required to pay for hours worked by your VA, as there is no obligation to pay for time off. We will process a refund based on the number of days that your VA is away. However, if you would like to provide compensation to staff for time off, you are welcome to do so.
WHAT ABOUT PUBLIC HOLIDAYS?
Clients are not required to offer any benefits including additional Holiday Pay, Sick Pay or other similar benefits. All such benefits remain at the discretion of the Client. although LVAs will periodically send emails about suggested time off for holidays, etc. It is strongly recommended to offer the following days off (with pay): Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Easter Monday.
WHAT IF I AM UNHAPPY WITH THE VA AND WOULD LIKE TO TERMINATE THE SERVICE?
All VAs are on a probationary period within the first 6 months of work. If for any reason who do not want to continue working with the VA that you pick, you are able to terminate them by providing us 24 hours notice. After six months, 14 days notice is required to terminate.
DO I GET A REFUND AFTER CANCELING THE SERVICE?
We will process a refund on the number of working days left from the previous payment cycle.
WHAT IF I WOULD LIKE TO HIRE A NEW VA AFTER CANCELING SERVICE?
If you would consider getting a new VA, we will assist you in scouting new sets of finalists at no extra cost.
